Refunds at letterart-store.com

If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund you based on the following criteria:

16.1 letterart-store.com is unable to purchase products: A reasonable time of 7-10 days must be given from the date of authorization.

16.9 We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you change your mind, provided that the merchandise is new, in re-saleable condition, and the consumables still sealed, a refund can be granted upon letterart-store.com approval within 7 days after delivery. The return and exchange policies of Craft Stores, physical stores, fall under the following criteria.

17.1.4 If the product purchased has passed its expiry date.

17.1.7 If the customer brings products that are found to be spoiled at the time of purchase, or the goods are not of satisfactory quality, the customer service supervisor, with the approval of the manager on duty and with the assistance of the department supervisor, can follow the normal procedures for replacement, return and refund.

17.2 Exemption from exchange/return:

17.2.1 For hygienic reasons, underwear, cosmetics, perfumes and personal care products such as shavers, trimmers and epilators once used will not be exchanged, returned or refunded.

17.3.2 For perishable items, there is no exchange and refund. However, if it is spoiled at the time of purchase, an exchange can be provided.

17.3.5 If the product is not of the expected quality, it can be returned on the same day of purchase and a replacement notice can be issued. Replacement may be considered, as long as it is supported by the original receipt or invoice.

17.3.6 If the Customer insists on a return, the Customer Service Supervisor can always contact the relevant Supervisor for further assistance.

17.3.7 Returned items must not be mixed with regular items and must be disposed of immediately.

17.3.8 The exchange voucher, credit note and refund may be used as a last resort to retain the customer and prevent disruption.

17.3.9 All product exchanges, product returns and exchange vouchers / credit notes must have the approval and signature of the Duty Manager.

17.4.2 The returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging. Item(s) are unworn, unwashed, unused, altered, dirty or damaged and in salable condition.

17.4.4 Returned Product, which has been ordered and invoiced but not delivered, may be accepted for exchange, return or refund.

17.4.5 For delivered goods, if the customer opens the package and discovers a damaged item, the product is eligible for exchange, return or refund.

17.4.6 All product exchanges, product returns and exchange vouchers / credit notes must be approved by the signature of the Duty Manager.

17.4.7 If the product has not lasted for a reasonable period of time or if the complaint has been notified to the office within a reasonable time or is not in a reasonable condition, it may be accepted for exchange, return or refund.

17.4.8 If a wrong product is bought or sold by the merchant/character shop staff.

17.4.9 Provision of exchange is applicable in the event of a manufacturing defect in the product (for products from textiles / toys / sports / shoes / home furnishings / luggage sections).

17.4.10 If a product is found to not function properly or have any manufacturing defects (in the case of products from IT/Home Appliances/Electronics department), the same product must be sent in for repair.

17.4.13 Refunds are provided only upon approval of the relevant store management.

17.4.14 After-sales service applies to products such as luggage, appliances, electronics, information technology and imaging products provided by the authorized service centers of the respective manufacturers based on their warranty terms and conditions.

Exclusion from exchange/return:

17.4.15 The Service Guarantee is only valid for mobile phones and accessories.

17.4.16 Replacement or return of mobile phones is valid during the warranty period. If the phone is not damaged due to misuse, it will be sent in for repair.

17.4.17 In matters relating to the exchange/return of mobile phones and accessories, the advice of staff from the mobile phone department or from the after-sales counter should be taken on a mandatory basis.

17.4.18 It shall be entirely at the discretion of the management of the respective store to issue an exchange voucher / credit note and provide refunds for customer retention. It again depends on the discretion of the concerned department to prevent disturbance. Refund should only be given upon approval of the concerned store management and should be considered as the last option to resolve the customer’s complaint.

17.5 Issuance of exchange slip / credit note

17.5.1 A cash voucher / time-binding credit note is issued by Craft Store to the customer, which is equal to the value of the product according to the original proof of purchase.

17.6.3 The exchange voucher/tax credit note issued can only be redeemed once within the validity period mentioned in the same voucher. The exchange voucher/credit note issued at the store that issued the customer may be redeemed.

The customer relations supervisor has to select the item from the invoice, mark the item to be returned, and scan the barcode of the receipt, or he can enter the details from the receipt manually into the POS machine. A sample receipt is mentioned on the right side for your reference. The details to be entered include store number, point of sale number, and receipt number. Once entered, the system will retrieve the voucher details and the supervisor needs to select which item to return from the voucher. Go to the return option in the POS machine, select, enter the amount correctly, and make sure that the POS machine displays a negative amount. Scan the exchange deposit code and press the sum to get the exchange slip/credit note. The customer relations supervisor has to mark the returned item (the same has to be done on the original receipt and also on the exchange deposit receipt as well). No refund will be given on the exchange slip / credit notes once issued.

When signing the exchange slip/credit note, the customer service supervisor should write down the name of the person who approved it.

Payments and cards

18.1 Payment for your Products will be made at the time you place your order. Payment is made via bank muscat which operates on a professional payment gateway.

18.2 Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted at the highest level and kept on Thawani Payment Gateway, safe from hackers.

18.3 When ordering from letterart-store.com, we only accept orders from web browsers that allow communication through Secure Socket Lawyer (SSL) technology, for example Internet Explorer version 7.0 or higher, Firefox version 3.5 or higher, or Chrome version 10 or higher and Safari version 5 or higher. 18.4 All customers will be charged in the local currency related to the country of the order. 19.1 Free gifts and promotional products offered in conjunction with a purchase may be sent separately and delivery times may vary.

Standard e-voucher terms and conditions

25.1 Use of Electronic Coupons

+ Each e-voucher issued will be valid for use by the recipient only once;

+ The e-Voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer or e-Voucher.

25.5 Minimum Spending Requirements

Where redemption of the e-Voucher is subject to a minimum spend requirement, redemption is only permitted in connection with purchases of Eligible Products that will be communicated to you at the time the e-Voucher is issued. Excluded products and supplemental fees, such as delivery, do not count towards the minimum spending requirement.

25.6 Debit Account

When an online offer states that a percentage discount will be given on a purchase, the cost of eligible purchases will be reduced by the specified percentage discount.

Supplementary fees such as delivery fees may not be deducted unless specifically stated in the offer description.

25.7 Security and Fraud

When you use an electronic coupon, you warrant letterart-store.com that you are the duly authorized recipient of the electronic coupon and that you are using it in good faith.

If we reasonably believe that any e-Voucher is being used illegally, we may refuse or cancel any e-Voucher and you agree not to file a claim against us with respect to any refusal or cancellation.

– If we decline an e-Voucher submitted as part of an order, for any reason, we will inform you prior to sending the order to advise you of the correct cost of the order and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

25.8 Limitation of Liability

Orders placed with e-vouchers are accepted by letterart-store.com in the usual manner (as described in paragraph 25 above).

letterart-store.com shall not be liable to any customer for any financial loss arising from the rejection, cancellation or withdrawal of any electronic voucher or any failure or inability of the customer to use the electronic voucher for any reason.

25.9 Change

We reserve the right to change or terminate the operation of any e-Voucher at any time without notice.
