When you want to exchange or return a product, you must contact us first.
The customer has the right to return the product within 3 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is intact and has not undergone any change, and the customer bears the shipping costs in full, and the cost of the product is returned to the customer within a maximum period of 14 days.
The customer has the right to replace the product with another product, before sending the shipment. After sending the shipment, he has the right to exchange within 14 working days, and he must bear the full shipping cost and the product cost difference, if any.
If the product is defective, the customer has the right to replace or return the product within 14 days, and in this case, the customer must send proof of shipping costs showing: the consignment number – shipping – and the cost. The customer is then entitled to a full refund.
Products that are inclusive in discounts and offers are not exchangeable or refundable, with the exception of a defect in the product, see: Article 4 of the return and replacement policies.
Products are not accepted to be returned or exchanged in the following cases:
No return after 3 days from the date of receipt, and no exchange after 14 days.
When the product changes from its original condition for any reason.
Products that are manufactured at the request of the customer according to specifications specified by him.
